I booked a train ride to Wellington that leaves tomorrow at 7:25 AM and arrives twelve hours later. I'm staying at the YHA Hostel, which I hope is a little smaller than the slick Auckland Centeal Backpacker's. This time, booked a female-only room with 6 other beds.

Wow, I figured out how to post a comment! Well, what is it about these 12 hour traveling trips? First the airplane, now the train; sounds, mmmm...PAINFUL!! I'm loving the descriptions and have forwarded the blog to several related and unrelated interested parties. So I assume you'll be getting into Wellington at around 730PM? Will it be dark, or is it like DST here in the summer? Would love to see pics when/if you can post them. Also curious about yoga and keriyoke (sp?) Also, how 'bout those Cowboys? BYUUCHKK!! (sp?)
